By purchasing a ticket or attending EMBER FESTIVAL you agree to the following terms.

Tickets

Tickets are non-refundable but transferable up to 48 hours before the event. In the event of cancellation, ticket holders will be refunded the face value of their ticket.

Admission

The organiser reserves the right to refuse admission. Valid photo ID is required. EMBER is a 16+ event; attendees under 18 require a signed parental consent form.

Liability

The organiser is not liable for personal belongings. Line-up and programme are subject to change without notice and do not constitute grounds for a refund.
