These terms apply to the purchase of tickets for EMBER Festival.
§ 2 Conclusion of contract
The contract is concluded when the order is completed with the ticketing provider and confirmed by email.
§ 3 Personalisation & resale
Tickets are personalised. Resale is only permitted via the official platform.
§ 4 No right of withdrawal
There is no right of withdrawal for leisure events on a fixed date (§ 312g (2) no. 9 BGB).
§ 5 Cancellation & programme changes

§ 6 Entry & minimum age
Entry from 18 with a valid photo ID. The house rules apply.
